1770 Heatherington Road

Background

1770 Heatherington Road, which was previously used as a municipal garage and salt storage yard until 2012, has been selected for redevelopment to incorporate much-needed affordable housing.

The site is located at the intersection of Heatherington Road and Walkley Road.

The project, which represents two parcels of land, aims to provide 90 affordable homes, including one- and two-bedroom units.
